What is CEO?

CEO stands for Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities, and it’s much more than a traditional class.

Kankakee County CEO gives high school juniors and seniors hands-on experience in business, entrepreneurship, and their community. Students meet each morning from 7:30–9:00 AM, visiting local businesses, learning directly from community leaders, building professional skills, and eventually creating businesses of their own.

CEO builds confidence, connections, and real-world skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
