First Stop of the CEO Year: Converging Networks Group

The CEO class visited Converging Networks Group (CNG) in downtown Kankakee, where owner Jerry Kuntz welcomed students for a tour and shared his entrepreneurial journey. Jerry spoke about perseverance, adaptability, and the importance of strategic thinking in building a successful business, lessons that resonated with the group.

Students also had the opportunity to think more intentionally about goal setting and planning for their futures. Jerry encouraged them to look beyond short-term goals, consider where they want to be in the years ahead, and recognize that the choices, habits, and relationships they build now can help shape the opportunities available to them later.
