This morning, Kankakee County CEO students received invaluable advice on crafting standout resumes from Jenna Rease, a seasoned recruiter and director at Robert Half based in Indianapolis.

In her presentation, Jenna highlighted her extensive experience reviewing hundreds of resumes weekly and shared key strategies to capture an employer's attention. She delved into the nuances of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and explained the pivotal role recruiters play in helping candidates secure positions. Her insights offered the students practical guidance on enhancing their resumes for future educational and career opportunities, including college applications and internship pursuits.
